It was identified that existing ad campaigns were not generating the expected results due to overly broad audiences and irrelevant creatives that did not address the core pain points of the target audience.

Ad Optimization

  • Launched In-Stream campaigns with a 5-second skip option for better engagement with the target audience.
  • Collected a target audience based on interests and topics related to info-business and business scaling.
  • Tested different ad groups (three ads per group) to identify the most effective options.

Creatives & Video Production

  • Developed new ads highlighting the key problems of the potential audience, aiming to grab attention and increase conversions.

Audience Targeting

  • Utilized Lookalike audiences based on video engagement, website visitors, and customer databases, increasing the ROAS metric to 600%.
  • Interest-based audiences showed slightly lower conversion rates but provided additional traffic.

Analysis & Testing

  • Set a KPI with ROAS at 100%+ to focus on the most effective audiences.
  • Conducted an experiment with cross-exclusion of audiences to increase unique conversions. However, this led to higher conversion costs, so it was decided to abandon this practice for better ROI optimization.

Data Collection & Integration

  • Since end-to-end analytics had gaps, we gathered and analyzed statistics from various sources to assess the effectiveness of each ad.
