The US market is one of the most lucrative, especially for Ukrainian and Russian webmasters. An English-language site can become a financial tool that will bring money around the clock. Search engine promotion allows you to create this tool without constant investment, attracting customers from foreign markets almost for free.

It was with such a desire that the owner of the site about the interior houses approached the team. The domain was already promoted in an aggressive way, which made our work more difficult. In 2.5 months, we have increased the number of mentions to 573 backlinks from authoritative web resources, and the number of visitors to 333 users per month. (Picture below)

Task: increase the number of backlinks from authoritative web resources, improve positions in search results and attract the target audience.

The popularity of interior design websites is due to the variety of ways to monetize. There are many affiliate programs based on the CPA model (from the English “cost per action”) – payment for certain actions that a user has performed on the advertiser’s website. 

In Google Adsense, the cost of a click is high, so the owners of informational web resources can earn even 500-800 visitors per month.

The problem was that such methods were gradually losing effectiveness. For their use, the project could receive penalties in the form of filters, and, accordingly, a significant decrease in attendance. We needed to develop our strategy, taking into account the characteristics of the American market.

SEO promotion made it possible to attract the target audience and create an effective long-term base. In 2.5 months, we managed to get additional mentions from 126 domains.

To some, this result will seem like a trifle, but these backlinks have already helped us to bring some pages to the TOP of SERPs. In the future, they will only gain influence, helping to promote the resource to the first positions, even for high-frequency queries. What have we done to promote the project on the American market?

The site already had useful informative articles. They went beyond the third page of the search results, bringing 150-170 visitors a day. Due to the presence of a good base and focus on external promotion, we were able to achieve the desired result in a short period.

The strategy was based on three directions:

  • Technical work. We studied competitors and then removed poor-quality pages from the site. The design was changed to a modern one, which positively influenced behavioral factors. We additionally accelerated the web resource using proven plugins.
  • Actualization of the Semantic Core. The semantic core is the basis of an informational site. It was important for us to work exclusively with relevant search queries, so we updated the SC and cleaned it of unnecessary keywords.
  • External promotion. We have developed a strategy focusing on one proven way of promotion. PBN made it possible to increase the number of backlinks as quickly as possible without falling under the filters of search engines.

We paid special attention to external promotion. Google is trying to fight purchased links by improving algorithms and applying filters to offenders. We smoothly built up the link mass, diluting it with other types of backlinks.

PBN links – the fastest way to promote a site in search

Private Blog Network is a private web resource network. Another name is common in Runet – “satellite sites”. They are used to increase the link mass on the promoted web resource.

  • The ability to control SEO. Having a private network allows you to control search engine optimization. By increasing the link mass in this way, we got the opportunity to conduct various tests, and checks, and use many anchors.
  • A positive attitude from search engines. Our grid contains verified sites with high trust. Backlinks from them made the client’s project authoritative in the eyes of search engines and made it possible to speed up the first page of search results.
  • Saving time and money on outreach. Using this method of link building involves building relationships with other bloggers to post mentions of your web resource. A person needs to spend time and money searching for and communicating with bloggers, creating/purchasing materials, and constantly improving relationships. Promotion according to this strategy would lead the site to search engine sanctions, dropping out of search results, and reducing traffic.
